Husband of the late Esther Ouko Otiu. Son of the late Mzee Aineah Okombo Ng’iela and Mama Plister Otuoma Yuko Aineah of Utajo Village, Waware-Rusinga East Location, Mbita Homabay County. Son in-law of the late Mzee John Edward Ouko and Yuanita Ouko. Father of Jacob Otiu, Dolorittah Otiu, Shirley Otiu, Arnold Otiu, Sonia Otiu and Marshall Okombo Otiu. Brother of Jane Okwera Odhiambo, the late Judith Atieno Ogendo, Alexander O. Aineah, Susan Akinyi Okombo, Samuel Obor Aineah, Meshack Mamula Aineah. Brother in-law of Albert Odhiambo, the late Benard Ogendo, retired Capt Stephen Juma and Anne W. Ochieng.

The cortege leaves Med 25 Kirindo Mortuary on 31/03/2020. Burial will take place at his home in Utajo Village on 01/0/2020.

There will be no formal funeral gatherings in view of the government directive on public gatherings. Burial will be a private ceremony by invitation.

The date for a requiem mass and memorial will be announced at a later date after the Covid-19 crisis.
