It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Beatrice Akinyi Jangima of Jusa Village, South Kowe Sub-location, Seme Sub-county, Kisumu County — formerly of Embakasi Girls Secondary School.
Wife of Joseph Jangima and mother of Brian Jangima, Jimmy and Ivy Leah Jangima and the late Joseph Arbro.
She was the daughter of the late Kilion Opiacha and the late Dinah Alaka Opiacha of Yimbo Usenge. Daughter-in-law of the late Japuonj James Orondo and the late Councillor Rose Orondo of Jusa, Seme Kowe.
Sister of the late Joyce Opolo, the late Joan Bwong, the late Phoebe Juma, the late Janet Bwong, the late Otieno Opiacha Advocate, oshua Oguda, the late Anna Atieno, Peter Midaye Opiacha, Ruth Opiacha and Grace Leah Opiacha.
Sister-in-law of Arthur and Perez Obara, Mary Nduri, Margaret Okelo, Fred and Esther Ogumbo, the late Joyce Were, the late George Loye and Fridah Loye, the late Emily Obura, Ken and Rachel Agwa, Benjamin and Roseline Michura, Stephen and Maureen Ong’ele, Dr. Jacob Ong’are, Duncan Ochoro, the late Philip Opolo, the late Edwin Bwong, Juma Otedo, Media Midaye, the to Millicent Opiacha among others.
Niece of the late John Obara, the late James Oleche, the late Melchizedek Goro, Douglas Oyieng Odola, Henry Opeyo, Kefa Misumi, the late Dr. Robert Ouko and the late Christabel Ouko and Margaret Abonyo.
She was cousin of Martin Oduson, the Ohayos, Okaras, Oleches, Goros, Oyiengs, Opeyos, Misumis, Oukos among others.
She was aunty of the Obaras, Ogumbos, Nduris, Okelos, Loyes, Weres, Michuras, Opolos, Bwongs, mas, Midayes, Otienos among others.
Friends and relatives are meeting daily at their residence in Chuna Estate, Kitengela.
