Death and Funeral Announcement of Beth Wamuhu Muthama

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to Glory of Sister-in-Christ, Beth Wamuhu Muthama, beloved wife of the late lay Cannon John M Muthama. Beth passed on Monday 24th Feb after a long illness bravely borne.

She was the loving mother of Faith Wanjiku Ndegwa, Stephen Muthama, Jim Njuguna, Joyce Njoki Njuguna, Samuel Karibe and the late Grace Waithira Kihuithia.

Mother-in-law of David Ndegwa Wachira, Nancy Wanjiku Muthama, Francis Njuguna, David Kihuithia Ngugi and Lucy Njeri Karibe.

Grandmother of Diane Wambui Ndegwa, Elizabeth Njeri Njomo, Elizabeth Njeri Njuguna, Simon Njuguna, Yvonne Njeri, John Mwangi Karibe, 23 other grand children and a great grandmother of 17 children.

Family and friends will meet for prayers and funeral arrangements at All Saints Cathedral on Thursday 27th February 2020 and Friday 28th February 2020 from 5pm.

The cortege leaves KU mortuary on Tuesday 3rd March 2020 at 8am for a church service at A.C.K St. Paul’s Munyutha Church, Mugoiri Muranga County at 10am, followed by burial at her home in Githioro.
