In humble acceptance of God’s will, we, the family of Joseph Sang’anyi Omambia announce the passing on of Mrs Billiah Moraa Joseph (Matron) of Marogo Village, Gatuta Sub-Location, Tombe Location, Nyamira County formerly Matron of Tombe Girls Secondary School on Sunday, 10th May 2020 at Mater Hospital ICU, Nairobi due to a long illness bravely borne.

Daughter of the late Pastor Agostino Moindi & the late Jeliah Masese. Daughter in law to the late Mr & Mrs Pastor Nathan Omambia. Loving wife of Joseph Sang’anyi Omambia. Co-wife to the Late Eunice Kerubo Omambia. Mother of Noah M.O. Sang’anyi (Director, Children’s Services – Ministry of Labour and Social Protection), Joyce Omambia (Arap Moi Pr. School – Ongata Rongai), Mary Nyandieka (Aga Khan Academy -Mombasa), Jeff Omambia (Jo World Agencies), Steven Omambia (USA), Janet Ndemo (Moi Nyabohanse Girls), Dr Anne Omambia (NEMA HQs), Emily Omambia (Jo World Agencies) and Christine Omambia (EKSO Enterprises). Mother in law-to Margaret Sang’anyi, Handson Omambia, Col. Nyandieka (Kenya Navy), Jacky Mageto, Frida Ochanda, John Ndemo, among others.

Sister to the late Peter, Tabitha, late Monica, Jimmy, Andrew, late Helen, Evans, Callen, Ken, and Leonard. She will be laid to rest on Friday, 15th May 2020 at her home in Tombe Village, Nyamira County.
