EDWARD OTIENO ONYANGO

27th April, 1981 – 12th September, 2022

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Edward Otieno Onyango of Kawango Kisumu West following a tragic road accident that occurred on 12th September, 2022 in Nairobi. He was an employee of OS Labs LTD – Nairobi.

Beloved husband of Eunice Wandeto and doting father to Emani Ruth. Son of the late Gershom Onyango Owuoth and Mama Ruth Atieno Onyango (Gulf Pharmaceuticals). Step-son to the late Anne Onyango and Mama Ascar Onyango. Son-in-law to James and Nancy Wandeto of Karatina.

Loving brother to Jackline Adhiambo, Brian Odhiambo, Beldina Okoth, Maureen Atkins, Ruth Mbogo, Beatrice Aballa, Tom Juma, Joanne Okoth, Linet Awino, Nancy Kemo, Jacob Onyango, Clifford Omondi, Dr. Clayton Ondu, Duncan Okoth, Juliet Onyango, Dr. Noel Onyango, Emily Atieno, Beryl Achieng, Kevin Ishmael, Beldine Jirongo, the late Rose, the late Lillian, the late Lucy and the late Tom.

Daily meetings take place at Meso, Gumba Estate in Nairobi from 5:00pm.

There will be a funds drive to offset funeral expenses at the Technical University of Kenya, Senior Common Room on Tuesday 27th September, 2022 from 5:30pm.

Funeral service shall be on 30th September, 2022 at ACK St. Stephens Cathedral – Kisumu from 12.00 pm and the Burial will take place at the family home in Kawango, Kisumu West on Saturday 1st October, 2022.
