GILBERT KIRIMI KANAMPIU

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of brother in Christ Gilbert Kirimi Kanampiu Karere. He passed on at Karen Hospital Nairobi on 24-1 1-2020.

Brother of Ephantus Gitonga, Bridget Kajuju, the late Datsun Mbae and Lucy Wanja. Son of the late Silas Kanampiu and the late Julia Njiru. Husband of the late Grace Ncurubi. Loving father of the late Silas Kaburu, Albert Gikunda (Muranga County Govt), Antony Murithi (Pension Department, Nairobi), Alexander Kimathi (Urysia Peugeot, Nairobi), Andrew Muthomi (Dar-es-Salaam Tanzania), the late Ann Kawira and Pastor Anderson Mwiti of Redeemed Gospel Church Nanyuki. Son-in-law of the late Stanley Kanabu and the late Sabella Mukami. Father-in-law of Zulea Kaburu, Josephine Gikunda, Jane Murithi, Everlyne Kimathi, Ann Muthomi, Godfrey Kinoti and Lucy Mwiti. Grandfather of Zakia, Kirimi, Karimi, Mutuma, Mukami, Ntinyari, Kendi, Ian, Kanana, Mugambi, Kinya, Munene, Makandi, Timothy and Joshua.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home Ngirine Village, Abogeta West Division-Meru County for fellowship and burial arrangements.

The cortege leaves Meru funeral home in Meru town at 9:00a.m on Thursday 3rd December, 2020 for funeral and burial service at his home Imenti South District, Abogeta West Division, Upper Kithangari location, Ngirine Villlage, Meru County.

In our hearts brother Gilbert Kirimi remain forever. In God’s hands his soul rests in eternity.
