It is with heavy hearts that we sadly announce the passing of our dear Ms Gladys Chebet Sang of Kaitui sub location, Kericho County.

Daughter of Mr Stephen Sang and Mrs Mary Sang and stepdaughter of Mrs Jane Sang. Loving mother of Thiery Kiptoo. She was a sister to Dr. Willy Tonui, Dr. Patrick Tonui (UK), Dr. Eric Tonui (Saudi Arabia), Mrs Lilian Siele, Mrs Beatrice Rutto, Dr. Annette Terer (Kapkatet Hospital), Mrs Janet Koech (Nandi Farmers Sacco, Nandi Hills), Mrs Roselyne Sang Cheruiyot (Walter Reed, Nairobi), Mrs Irene Chepkwony (Keongo Primary School), Collins Tonui (Nakuru), Mercy Cherono (St Alphonsus Girls), Lorna Chepkemoi (Micromart Africa Ltd) and Alvin Tonui (AMREC Kisumu).

Sister In-Law of Mrs Florence Tonui (NSSF), Mrs Linah Tonui (Kericho), Mrs Nancy Tonui (UK-Reading), Mrs Joyce Tonui (Saudi Arabia), Dr. Simon Siele (Kapkatet Hospital), Francis Rutto (Kipsitet), Dr. Alfred Terer (Kapkatet Hospital), Richard Koech (Miami Holdings), Kennedy Cheruiyot (Safaricom, Nairobi), Daniel Chepkwony (Kipchimchim High School). Niece of Samwel Sang (Kaitui), OBot Chumo (Kapkongoni), Leah Obot Chepkoech (Kaitui), the late OBot Cheraisi (Machorua), Nancy Melly (Saba), Stanley Melly (Soba), Johnson Melly (Soba), Martha Kirior (Kipsitet),Anna Melly (Soba) and many others. She was cousin, niece, and aunty of many.

At the time of her demise, she worked as a regional Coordinator at the National Aids Control  Council, Kisii Region (Covering Kisii and Nyamira Counties).

Funeral arrangements are taking place at her Kaitui Home and burial arrangements will be announced later.

I sought the Lord, and he answered and delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him are Radiant and their faces are never covered with shame. Psalms 34:4-5
