GRACE CHEPKOECH LAGAT

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Grace Chepkoech Lagat on 15th November 2021 at Charity Hospital Nyahururu after a long illness.

Daughter to Rotich Arap Boiwo and Teresiah Tapnyabii Rotich and Monicah Taprandich Rotich. Daughter in-law to late Kiplagat Sitoi, Ziporah Lagat and Mary Tapsiarga Kiplagat. Wife to the late Joseph Kibet Lagat. A loving mother to the late William Kipngetich, Ann, Emily, Jane, the late Susan, Lydia, John, Irene and Philip.

Grace was sister to Daniel, Julius, Christopher Kibirech, Samuel, Esther, James, Jane, Musa, Stanley, Lilian, Emily, Simon and Jackson. She was sister in-law to Duncan, Simon, late Esther Kolongei, Ruth Mutwol, Stephen Kipkenda, Regina Marindich, Jane Lagat, Late Margaret Kibii, Esther Barno, Rael, John, Joel, Late Samuel Sitoi, Late Jane Kiplagat and Nelson Kipruto.Aunt and friend to many. She leaves behind 30 grandchildren and 8 Great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are meeting daily from 5:00 p.m at her residence Kiambogo Sub-Location Laikipia County.

The cortege leaves Benedict’s Hospital on the 24th November 2021 at 8:00 am for a Requiem Mass, thereafter internment at her farm in Kiambogo Sub-Location, Nyahururu, Laikipia County.

You will be on our minds forever and always. Till we meet again. Amen.
