GRACE NYAWIRA MANYUIRA

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Grace Nyawira Manyuira — Head Teacher of Kahiga Primary School on 28th December 2020 after a short illness at KNH Nairobi.

Daughter of the late Mugweru Nguku and the late Esther Gathoni Mugweru.

Beloved wife of Patrick Manyuira Theuri – Stride Enterprises, Nyeri.

Mother of Catherine Wanjiku and Joseph Theuri Manyuira.

Daughter-in-law of the late Joseph Theuri Mutahi and Adah Wanjiku Theuri. Mother-in-law of Kang’ethe Kamau and grandmother of Kamau Kang’ethe.

Sister of Alice Gathigia, Ann Nyaguthii, Joseph Mwangi Mugweru, Jane Wanjiru, Ephraim Waigwa and Gathoni Waigwa. Sister-in-law of Mutahi Theuri, Nancy Wanjiru, Lucy Gitonga, Gitonga Gathua, the late Ann Wanjiru and Jane Njoki.

Niece of Senator Ephraim Maina, Duncan Ndegwa, Kinyua Nguku among others, cousin and auntie of many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at their Kanyururu home at 4.30pm and at Ruring’u PCEA Church at 5.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Jamii hospital Mortuary, Karatina, on Wednesday 6th January 2021 at 8,00 am for funeral service to be held at Mutwewathi Primary School grounds and burial thereafter at their Mutwewathi Farm.
