Jane Nyasuguta Omari

Sunrise:1948 – Sunset:2018

Time cannot erase the pain, As our memory of you keeps us in bed awake. You truly were a dim of shining thoughts that we shall treasure and carry in our hearts. A strength and pillar you were, A collage that pieced us all together. We still acknowledge your presence, A flame that emits in us, A light that surrounds us. For we wrote your name in the sky, but the wind blew it away, We wrote your name in the sand, but the waves washed it away. We wrote your name in our hearts and forever it shall stay.

‘Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with you in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus, we shall always be with the Lord’ 1 Thess 4 : 17
