Daughter in- law of the late Milkah Wathoni Gitau and Gitau Iburu.

Wife of Fredrick Ndung’u Gitau.

Loving mother of Jacinta Wambui, Teresia Njoki, Peter Gitau, Margaret Wairimu, Joseph Njoroge, Stephen Ngugi, Bernard Muiruri, Samuel Mungai and Pauline Wanjiru.

Sister of Bernard Muiruri and the late Paulina Wanjiru.

Sister in-law of the late Ruth Wanjiru, Nancy Wanjiku, David Ngugi and Rosemary Muthiri.

Mother in-law of Margaret Wanjiku, Simon Mbirua, Margaret Mwihaki, Beatrice Kanyua, Ruth Nyandia, Phillis Wanjiku and Ann Gakii.

Aunt, grandmother and great grandmother to many.

Planning meetings are being held at her Gatwikira home, Kenol Catholic Church and Castle Gardens Thika Road.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, Kabati on Saturday 30th November 2024 at 9.00am for a funeral service at The Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Machegecha. Burial will follow at her Gatwikira home, Kagundu-ini Ward, Kandara, Murang’a County.

Eternal rest grant unto her O Lord; and let perpetual light shine upon her.
