It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of Gods will that we announce the death of John Baptista Mwangi who passed on Sunday, 27th November, 2022, he hailed from Gatina Karatina, Nyeri County.

Son to Andrew Maina Minjire and BethaWanjiru Maina of Ndimaini Village.

Husband to Anne Wangechi Mwangi. Father to Scholastics Wanjiru, Veronicah Okoth (National Treasury), Clare Wangui, Andrew Maina (Kitale),and Dominic Mutua (KEBS). Father-in-law to Juma Mundia, Dan Okoth, and Nyambura and Joyce Wanja.

Brother to the late Magdalene Wangui, Margaret Gathoni, Macharia, the late Catherine,Karaba, Francis Githaiga, the late Milkah and George.

A grandfather to Wesley, Bonita, Kinyua, Wangechi, Munene and others.

The cortege leaves Jamii Nursing Home-Karatina on 3rd December, 2022 at 9.00am for a church service at Gatina Catholic Church and later he will be laid to rest at his Gatina Farm.

You have fought a good fight you have finished the race.
