It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Joseph Gacheche Njaimwe, which occurred on 16th October, 2021.

Son of Agatha Wanjugu and the late Alfred Njaimwe of Nyeri County, Mathis Division, Mbaari ya Njora village. Husband of Agnes Nyakiyo. Father of Claire Wanjugu. Brother of Wairimu, Waititu, Njeri, Gatheru, Nyaguthii, Muchiru, Muthoni and Mwihaki. Son-in-law to Stephen Mberi and Jane Mumbi. Brother-in-law to Kimani, Njeri, Wairimu, Wangui, Wanjiru and Njoroge. Nephew, uncle and friend to many.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily at Benrose, Kangundo Road, Nairobi and his rural home in Thunguri village, Kirinyaga County, for funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Nairobi Women Hospital Funeral Home on Tuesday 26th October, 2021, at 7.00am, for funeral service and burial at his Ruai home (Highway), in Nairobi.
