JULIUS NJAU WAMBUGU

It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Julius Njau Wambugu, which occurred on 15/10/2021, at Coptic Hospital – Nairobi.

Son of the late Wambugu Gachagua and the late Mary Njeri Wambugu. Son-in-law of the late Sara Gathoni Githaiga. Husband of Regina Wambui Njau, Father of Christopher and Faith Githaiga, Rose and Gabriel Nzuki, Mercy and Stephen Mwaura, Jackson and Pricisilla Wambugu, Dr. Janet and Rev. Peter Mutahi. Foster father to Evelyn’s Mugure Mathenge.

Brother of the late Wilfred Wanjohi, Eunah Wanjiru Lazaro, Ann Mumbi Kabugi and the late Gladys Njoki Wambugu. Brother-in-law of Nancy Nyaguthi, Lydia Waruguru, the late Lazaro Miano, Charles Kabugi, Michael Nderitu, Martin Mathenge and Joseph Wangai. Uncle of Wanjohi’s, Lazaro’s, Kabugi’s, Njoki’s, Nderitu’s, Mathenge’s and Wangai’s.

Grandfather of Hildah, Immaculate, Shannel, Sheena, Ng’ang’a, Chiku, Njau, Murigu, Githaiga,Taji and Wambui.

The cortege leaves Jamii Hospital – Karatina, on Saturday 23/10/2021, at 8:00am. The funeral service and burial will thereafter take place at Giakiritu his home, Gaikuyu, Magutu Location Mathura East Sub-county, at 10:00am.
