MAMA AGNES TALAA KIPTURGO (KOP ANTONY)

It is with humble acceptance of Gods will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mama Agnes Talaa Kipturgo (Kop Antony) who was born in 1942, at Kaputiro village, Kaporion, Ng’orra Location of Baringo North Sub-county.

The second born daughter of the late Mzee Arabal Kiremkong’ and the late Kimoi Arabal (Kop Lallita). Sister to Mzee Kanyerkil (Lokoring’olol), the late Kapelel (Loitang’ole), Talaa Kiburet (kapKotim), Talaa Toropal (Kop Macharia), Talaa Kandakwan, Chepchurmet (Lokwakassa) and Talaa Katerai. She got married to the late Mzee Kipturgo Amdany and was a co-wife to Kop Chepchumba, Kop Chemenjo, Kop Chesaina, the late Kop Cherutoi and Mama Wesley.

Her family is blessed with the following children namely ; Stella, Rodah, Pamela, Lucy and Stanley as well as; Truphena, Zipporah, Joseph, Esther, the late Isaiah, Risper, Meshack, Jeniffer, Reuben, Benjamin, Alex, Lornah, Isaac, Egla, Mathew, Gladys, Elizabeth, Daisy, Wesley, Rodgers, Viola, Dorcas, Oscar, Symon, Sharon, Francis, Evans, Jane, Janet, Cynthia, Carolyne, the late Maureen, Augustine, Jacob and Linet. She was also mother to Christine, Mary, Eng. James Toroitich, Pilla, Isaiah, the late Loice, Martha, Chepchieng, Stephen, Agnes, Charles, Arissa and Sally.

Mother-in-law to the late Reuben Karani (Kirenger), Thomas Akeno, Kipkurui Rona, Elizabeth Kasogess, the late James Kiptisia, Mr. John Lokorio, Mrs Nancy Kokwon, among others. She was Blessed with many grandchildren; Eng. Anthony, Janet, Mercy, Ishmael, Fancy, Japan, Romeo, Chirry, Clinton, Sylvia, Tony, Janet, Meshack, George, Joy Cheserem, Frederick, Faustine, Blessing, Kayokon, Kigen, Kiptoo, among others. Great-grandmother to Lynn, Stacy, Roby, Dylan among others.

The cortege will leave MTRH Hospital, Eldoret, on Saturday 23rd October, 2021, at 6:00 and she will be laid to rest the same day at home in Emkwen, Solian, Eldama Ravine.
