MAMA PAULINA NYAMOITA ONGWAE

It is with great sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we the family announce the death of Mama Pauline Nyamoita Ongwae that occurred at Karen Hospital on 18th Nov. 2021 after a long illness bravely borne.

She was the beloved wife of the late Adriano Ongwae Mokaya of Bomorenda, Suneka, Bonchari Sub-county, Kisii County. Mother to George, Juda, the late Jossely, Silvia, the late Veronica and Yasmin. Mother-in-law to Emily George, Pamela Juda, the late Dalton and Harsha (Belgium). Daughter to the late Francis Ngoge and the late Leticia Ngoge and step-daughter to Milka Ngoge.

Sister to Nyaringo, Doyle, Charles, Richard and the late Jacob. Step-sister to the late Philomena, the late Mose, the late John, Julia and Esther. Daughter-in-law to the late Chief Andrea Mokaya and the late Elizabeth Nyomenda. Sister-in-law to Jacob, Otero, the late Doyle, Charles, the lateVictoria,Anna Nyaringo, Jane Doyle, the late Rebecca, Hanna Orenge and Jane Jacob.

Grandmother to Frank, Entuga, Teresa, Bruno, Mike, Brenda, Maria, Joselly, Pauline, Victor, Adriana and 5 great grandchildren.

Family and friends are meeting daily in Karen Plains, hse. no. 101 – Farah Road and at her rural home in Suneka, Bonchari, Kisii County.

The main harambee to assist the family offset the hospital bill and funeral expenses will be held on Thursday 25th November, 202 I, in Karen, hse. no. 101 Farah Road off – Lower Plains Road, starting 5.00pm.

There shall be a church service on Saturday 27th November, 2021, starting 4.00pm in the Karen home to commemorate her life and pray for Journey Mercies.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home for Kisii on Sunday 28th November, 2021, at 9.00am. The funeral service shall be held on Monday 29th November, 2021, at Suneka Catholic Parish starting 10.00 am followed by the burial at her home in Suneka, Bomorenda, Bonchari – Kisii County.
