It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of Maryann Wanjiru Ndung’u-Kimaita, which occurred on 17th July 2020. She served as a teacher at Karima Girls High School, Karuri High School (Banana, Kiambu) and Githongo Secondary (Gikuune Sub-Location, near Githongo Tea Factory.

Wife of Dr. Michael Kimaita Ringeera. Daughter of the late Josphat Ndungu Mwaura and the late Teresia Nyaikamba Ndungu and the late Isabella Njeri Ndungu. Daughter-in-law of the late Ezekiel Ringera (Mwiti) and the late Alice Nkirote. Mother of Josphat Ndungu, Chris Mwiti and Evelyn Mukami. Grandmother of Darius Ringeera and Liam Ireri. Sister of John Mwaura, J.M. Ndungu (Ndungu Mwaura & Co. Advocates), Jane Wanjiru Ogeto, Joan Njeri Murigu among others. Sister-in-law of Rosemary Gatwiri, Wilfred Mbaabu and Paul Muriithi among others. Auntie of Terry Nyaikamba and Ndungu Mwaura among others.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, Kabati on Friday 24th July 2020 for funeral service and burial at Gikuune Sub-Location, near Githongo Tea Factory, Imenti Central, Meru County.
