We regret to announce the death of Milcah Moraa Nyachae, which occurred on 14th November, 2021, at Mediforte Hospital – Kisii.

Daughter of the late Samwel Birundu and Bathseba Kemunto. Wife of the late David Nyachae Somoni. Mother of Paul Ogwangi, Milicent Moraa, Justin Somoni, Gilbert Ongeri, Sharon Kwamboka and Sarah Nyambati. Sister of Alice Nyakerario (Gucha District Hospital), the late Tom, Margaret Onderi (Madam Bobaracho Primary), Peter Nyamweya, Pastor Tabitha Mokaya (USA), Zakayo Mogere, the late Silas, Edna Kerubo (Canada) and lsabellah Moraa. Grandmother of Ben, lsabellah, Felix, Silas among others.

Niece of the late Moige, the late Nyamusi, the late Nyasamba, Teresia Nyaboke, Moraa, Mokono, Ongeri, Milcah Moraa Gichaba, the late Otara. Sister-in-law of Zipporah, Flora, Moige, Moraa, Maria, Mokeira, the late Alloys, Nyachae Samwel Maubi, Pastor Albert (USA). Mother-in-law of Rachael and Kwamboka. Aunt of Andrew, Alloys, Mokono, Jed, among others.

Granddaughter of the late Nyang’au Otara and the late Nyagosata. Cousin of Jomo, Onsare, Makini, Moraa, Mellen, the late Joakim, the late Ogori, Makori, Patricia, among others.

The cortege leaves Ram Hospital Mortuary on Tuesday, 30th November, 2021, to be laid to rest at her home in Nyatieko, Kitutu Chache Sub-county, Kisii County.
