NATASHA MAKENA MUNENE

15th May 2012 – 5th November 2022

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of baby Natasha Makena Munene on the morning of 5th November, 2022 at Sanar International Hospital, India, after a long illness bravely borne. Natasha was a grade 4 pupil at Sukari Presbyterian Academy, Nairobi.

She was daughter to Hon. Patrick Munene (MP Chuka-Igambangombe Constituency) and Joy Gakenia of Ministry of Health – National Malaria Programme. Loving sister to Keith Rodgers Murimi (Nova Pioneer Boys School) and Christian Kelvin Mwiti (Sukari Presbyterian Academy).

Granddaughter to the late Mr Joses Ntwiga and Mrs Enid Kaari and Rev & Mrs. Festus Murangiri. Niece and cousin to many.

Prayers and burial preparation meetings are ongoing daily at their home in Kibugua, Magumoni Ward, Chuka Igambangombe Constituency, Tharaka Nithi County at 4.00p.m.-6.00p.m, and at All Saints Cathedral – St Thomas Hall, Nairobi Monday – Wednesday 16th November, 2022 at 5.00p.m respectively.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital Mortuary on 18th November 2022 for funeral service at D’Os Camp grounds, Thuita Location, Magumoni Ward starting at 10.00 a.m. and thereafter burial on the same day at their home in Kibugua,Thuita Location, Magumoni ward of Tharaka Nithi County.

In God’s hands you rest Natasha, In our hearts you will live forever. Rest in eternal peace.

Rev : 21-4 “He will wipe every tear from their eyes, there will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain for the old things have disappeared”.

Fare thee well baby Tasha till we meet again at the beautiful shore. Amen
