Death and Funeral announcement of Oliver Mbugua Gitau

It is with profound sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Oliver Mbugua Gitau of Happy Valley Estate Landless in Thika. He has been a student at U.S.I.U. Nairobi.

Son of George Gitau Mbugua-Principal Maai Mahiu Boys and Esther Wangui a teacher at St Joseph the Worker in Mangu. Brother of Mourice Njogu a student at Kiambu High School and Dennis Mwangi of Bell House Academy. Grandson of Margaret Wanjiku Mbugua, the late Stephen Mbugua Mwangi of Kwamaiko and the late Mr & Mrs Njogu Wanjohi of Kahiga village Kiganjo Nyeri. Nephew of Samuel Mwangi, Emily Wangari of Kwamaiko Githunguri, David Maina Njogu of Embu, Reverend Machira of Redeemed Church Huruma and many others. Cousin of Mbuguas, Wanjikus, Njogus and Wambuis among others.

Family relatives and friends are meeting daily at his father’s Landless residence in Thika for prayers and at his grandmother’s home in Kwamaiko, Ndathini village Githunguri.

The Cortege leaves Kenyatta Memorial Mortuary (K.U. Referral hospital) on Friday 21/2/2020 at 9.00 am Funeral and Burial Service will be at his father’s Farm in Ndathini Kwamaiko, Githunguri, Kiambu County.
