We wish to announce the promotion to glory of Pastor Alphonce Zebedi Owino Ogonda that occurred on 21st November, 2022 at Bloom Hospital, Kisumu.

He was the loving husband to the late Angelina Andayi (Nyamalo) and Macrine Owino. Father to William Ochieng Owinoh of MFA Tel Aviv, Rosemary, Addah, Andrew, Elizabeth, Agnes, Monica, Steve and the late George, James, Christine, Bob and Maurine. Father-in-law to Zaitun Hassan of GIM, Nairobi, the late Mary and Jane.

Brother to the late Barnaba, Enoka, Elija, Jackton and Julia.

Grandfather to Linda, Pius, Angela, Euphemia, Henzella, Kennedy, Winnie, Rodney, Lilly and the late Eddie Hassan.

The cortege will leave Dophil Nursing and maternity home Mortuary on Thursday, 1st December 2022 at 10am for Funeral Service at Nomiya Church, Sagam Parish and thereafter, the body is taken to deceased homestead in Gem Ahono for night vigil. Mzee will be laid to rest on Friday 2nd December 2022 in Gem Ahono, Marenyo Sublocation, Gem Constituency, Siaya County.
