ROSE WAMBUI GIKUNJU

It is with profound sadness that we announce the demise of our loving sister, Rose Wambui Gikunju of St Paul’s University, which occurred on Wednesday, 27th April 2022.

Daughter to the late Nephat Gikunju Karinga and the late Peris Gachuku Gikunju of Karia Village, Ndu-ini sub-location, Kirinyaga County.

Sister to the late Faith Muikia and John Muikia, Robert Muchiri and Lilian Muchiri, Prof. Joseph Kangangi Gikunju (JKUAT) and Irene Kangangi (Cherry Binders Academy), Mary Njeri, Francis Muwe and Joyce Nyokabi, John Kinyua and Damaris Wayua, Milcah Gikunju (UoN) and Michael Thuku (KUCCPS), Edith Gikunju (Samaj School) and Elder Jeremia Wahome, Beth Wandia (KCB) and Paul Thaithi (KCB). She was a dearly e cherished aunt to many.

She was a Lady of integrity and had great passion for the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Teaching and Referral Hospital (KUTRH) Mortuary on Friday, 6th May, 2022 at 7:00am for the funeral service at her parents’ home in Karia village, Ndu-ini sub-location, Kirinyaga County, at 11am and interment at the same venue thereafter.
