We regret to announce the death of Virginia Njeri Kimani (Wagithii) which occurred on Sunday 1st March.

Daughter to her late parents Stanley Njuguna and Janet Waniiku. Wife of the late Daniel Muthua Githii. Mother of John & Magdalene Ngoiri Githii (Muthua Enterprise), the late Lucy Wairimu (Mercide), the late Christopher Assumpta Njuguna (Mretau), George & Selina Wanjiru Thuna (Suva) and Jane Wanjiku & the late Jeremiah Kariuki Kihiu of Birmingham, Alabama USA. Sister of Grace Wairimu Kelly, Mary Wambui, Joyce Waithera, James Ndungu and Joseph Gitau. Grand mother of Daniel Muthua Githii, Nancy Njeri Githii, Joyce Waithera Githii, James Ngethe Githii, Christopher Njuguna Gabel, Mark Mbichii Githii, Daniel Mwaura Wairimu, Judy Njeri Wairimu, Richard Njuguna, Njeri Njuguna, Ann Njuguna, Tony Thuna, Kennedy Kariuki Kihiu U.S.A, Josphine Ngathoni Kihiu, U.S.A. Great grandmother of many and aunty of many.

Family and friends have been meeting at her Ikinu Gate Iguru residence daily from 4pm.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University’s Funeral Home at 9.00am on Thursday 12th March, followed by a Funeral Service at 11am and burial thereafter at the family home.
