WILLIAM KIMONYE MWONGERA

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the demise of William Kimonye Mwongera. He was formerly Deputy Principal (Maritati Secondary School).

Son to the late Paul M’Mwongera Kajugu and the late Julia Uruku. Son-in-law to the late Festus Mugambi and Jerusha Mugambi of Maara Sub-county. Husband to Millicent Kimonye, formerly of (Meru level 5 Hospital). Father to Lydia Gacheri of Nairobi, Kelvin Munene of lgweta and Company advocates, Daphine Karwitha (Life Care Hospital, Meru) and Ann Kanyiri (Pharmaplus pharmacy, Kiambu). Grandfather to Michelle (Loreto Girls, Kiambu) and Makena.

Brother to Alfred Murianki and Charity, Mwirigi and Karegi, Kimathi Mwongera Don (Principal, Kangemi High School) and Rose, Kiogora (National treasury, Chuka) and Daisy, Japhet (lamer Investments, Githongo) and Mercy, Florence Kimaita (HIT, Nyweri Primary School) and Doris Gakii (Trufoods Ltd Nairobi). Brother-in-law to the late John Kimathi, Diana Nkatha, the late Davis Murithi, George Kinyua and Kelvin Micheni.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at Kimathi Don’s home in Donholm, Nairobi and at his Githongo home, Kiithe village, Kibaranyaki Location.

The cortege leaves Meru Funeral Home on Thursday 9th June 2022 at 9.00am to his home in Gikuune sub-location, Githongo, Imenti Central, Meru County.

May his soul rest peacefully in the Lord.
