JAMES MWANIKI KUNG’U

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Elder James Mwaniki Kung’u of Ichamara, Githi, Mukurweini Sub-County, Nyeri County.

Son of the late Rebecca Wanja and Simon Kung’u. Loving husband to Ann Wambui Mwaniki. Father of the late Rebecca Wanja, Sophie Nyiha and Simon Kung’u. Brother to Christopher Mwangi, Richard Thumi and Margaret Wangari. Grandfather to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Ichamara village from 4:00 pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Mukurweini Hospital Mortuary on Tuesday, 8th February, 2022 at 9:00 am followed by a burial ceremony thereafter at his home in Ichamara, Nyeri County from 10:00am.

It is the Lord who giveth and still He’s the one who taketh. Continue dancing with the angels. Amen
