ANSON WAWERU NG’ANG’A

12th June 1936 — 24th November 2019

It has been a year since you passed away and although death leaves a heartache that no one can heal, our love for you has left us with memories that no one can steal. We remember you with bittersweet fondness knowing that in God’s sovereign timing, you rested. Today we appreciate your wisdom, guidance and love. We are filled with gratitude for the years God gave you to us.

Every time we think of you, our hearts fill with pride. You were a loving husband, an involved father, a cherished grandfather and a doting great-grandfather. You were an exceptional provider whose honesty and hard work ensured that your family did not lack. You were a pillar of strength, a mentor, a teacher, and a friend — always available and supportive. You were, and continue to be, our blessing. Vava, although you are not here, your influence still guides us. We will carry on in your footsteps and make sure that in our hearts, your legacy lives on. Remembering you is easy, we do it every day, but missing you is a heartache that does not go away.

You are sadly missed by your loving wife Serah Muthoni, children Nancy Mwihaki, Alex Ng’ang’a, Nellie Nduta, Edward Kagwi, David Muigai, Mukuhi Waweru, your grandchildren and great grandchildren. We hold you tightly in our hearts and there you will remain until the joyous day that we meet again. We will never stop loving you.

‘Dear Lord, in you loving arms we entrust our beloved father. May he rest in peace in your care’.
