It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Asaph Kariuki Mwigaruri of Rung’ang’a Village, Gaturi Location, and Embu County. He passed away on 17th November 2021 after a short illness.
He is the son of the late Joel Mwigaruri Levi and the late Hebeth Gakiri.
Beloved Husband to the late Elizabeth Marigu Kariuki. Brother to Dorothy Gicuku, Nancy Murage, Njoki (Norway), Mugo (UK), Muriithi (NMS), the late Nyaga, Munyi (NPS Chogoria Traffic), Muriuki (NHIF HQ), and the late Njagi.

Father to Damaris Wawira, Doris Kagendo, Sammy Muchiri, and Job Muchira. Son-in-law to Peter Njoka and Rael Kagumbe. Father-in-Law to Gudni Stefansson and Joseph Wanjohi.

Brother-in-Law to BK Murage, Jacinta, Jean, Gakuru, Mercy, Muthoni, Dorcas, Gicuku, Njeru, Nyaga, and the late Karimi. Grandfather to Neema, Laika, Keith, and Liam. Uncle to many.

Meetings are taking place at Rung’ang’a Village, and Kithunguthia near Kavangua Market.

The cortege will leave Tenri Funeral Home Ena at 9am on Thursday 25th November.

The funeral service will be held at ACK St Anne’s Kavangua from 10am, and thereafter the burial will take place at his home in Kithunguthia Village, Kawanjara Sub-Location.

All Covid-19 protocols will be observed.
