BEATRICE WAITHIRA GITHERE-KARIUKI (BEATIE)

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden passing on to glory of Beatrice Waithira Githere-Kariuki (Beatie), which occurred on Monday, September 19th, 2022.

Devoted and loving wife to Ken Kariuki and proud mother of Tracy Njeri Nduati. The second-born child of the late Bethuel Gichuhi Githere and Nancy Wanjiru Gichuhi. Loving sister to Bella & the late Major Kaigwa, Leonard Githere, the late Doris Wanjiku, Eliza & Ken Agoi.

Sister-in-law to Catherine Nyaguthii, Christine Wanjiru, Maryanne Njoki and the late Tony Mbuthia.

Auntie to Mark & Ciru, Gichuhi, Adrian, Neema, Amani, Leo, Ciku and Ciru.

Beatie loved spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals for her family and her clients, and was adored by family and friends. Her cheerful attitude and bright smile will be missed.

Meetings are currently ongoing at Nairobi Baptist Church on weekdays from 5.00pm.

The final prayer meeting will be on Monday 26th September, 2022 at Rosedale Gardens on Rose Avenue, from 5.00pm.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday 28th September, 2022 at Nairobi Baptist Church, from 10.00am followed by the burial ceremony at Lang’ata Cemetery at 2.00pm.
