BENSON CHEGE RUHANG’A

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved Director Benson Chege Ruhang’a on 1st November 2020 at Nakuru War Memorial Hospital following a short illness. Until his demise he was the Vice Chairman of Tower SACCO Society Ltd and a Head Teacher of Gituru Primary School in Naivasha.

He was the son of the late Julius Ruhang’a and Mary Wangari Ruhang’a of Kairi village Murang’a County. Husband to Lilian Wanjiku Chege Principal Sasumwa Secondary school and adoring dad of Victor Maina, Late Julius Mwangi and Alex Nyaga. He was a brother to Virginia Mugure, Richard Nyaga, Wilson Githenya, Bedan Muchiri, Dinah Wambui and Rebecca Wagathuitu. Son-in-law to Lydiah Njeri from Kairi Village in Mathioya. Brother in law to Samuel Maina, Mercy Wanjiru and others. He was a loving uncle to Julius Mwangi, Mary Wangari and Others. He was a Grandfather to Ben Chege.

Daily prayers and burial preparation meetings are taking place at his home in Rironi Wanjohi junction starting at 100 p.m. daily.

The cortege leaves Nakuru War Memorial Hospital on Thursday 5th November 2020 at 8.00 a.m. for funeral service and burial at Githabai village in Wanjohi at 10.00 a.m.
