It’s with deep sorrow we announce the death of Bernard Mbire (Daddy Cool) from Kangemi, Nairobi.

Husband to Elizabeth Wambui Mbire. Father to Arthur Rwenji Mbire and Mercy Wairimu Mbire. Son of Lydia Wairimu Mwaura and brother to Anthony Mwaura, Kenneth Mwaura, Mercy Mwaura, the late Waceke and Hannah Wanjiku. Grandfather to Ian Mbire Rwenji and Immanuel Mbire.

Nephew to Hannah Mbire, Charles Kiroma Mbire, Pauline Waithira Mbire, James Ngaita Mbire, George Gicheru Mbire and Alice Nduta Mbire.

Grandson to the late Mr. Bernard and Loise Mbire. Father in-love to Caroline Rwenji. Grandfather to Ian Mbire and Emmanuel Mbire. Dotting uncle to Jason Mwaura, Stephany and Tiffany Mwaura and Jeremy-Ngundi.

Friends and family are meeting at his home in Kangemi near Seniors Driving School.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home Mbagathi Way on 6th November 2021. The service and send off will be at Langata from 10am.

We loved you Daddy Cool but God loved you well. Rest in peace.
