BRIG. (RTD) JOHN WAITIKI KINUTHIA ‘EBS’

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Brig. (Rtd) John Waitiki Kinuthia ‘EBS’, which occurred on Thursday 30th September 2021 after a short ailment.

Son of Milka Wangui and the late Rev. Joseph Kinuthia of Gacharage village, Ndarugu location, Gatundu South.

Loving husband to Alice Njambi Waitiki, Son-in-law to the late Robinson Kinuthia and the late Hannah Wanjiku of Kinoo, Kiambu County. Father to Joseph Kinuthia, Martin Minja, the late Michael Thuo and Nancy Wangui Ikahu of Media Room Three. Father in love to Carol Wangui, Damaris Njoki, Irene Wanjiku of Dedan Kimathi University and Ikahu Ngige.

Grandpa to Alice Njambi Kinuthia, Waitiki Kinuthia, John Waitiki Minja, James Mburu Minja, Joseph Kinuthia Minja, Mark Waitiki Thuo, Malcolm Ngugi Thuo, Mbaandi Ikahu and Nyakio Ikahu.

Brother to the late Michael Thuo, Philomena Wangari Maina and the late Patrick Mwangi. Uncle and friend to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting at his home in Kirangi village, Ndarugu Location, Gatundu South.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Referral Hospital on Thursday 7th October at 8:00 a.m for the funeral service in his home at Kirangi village, Ndarugu Location, Gatundu South.
