It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely demise of CPA Peter M.Gichaaga, MD Nyeri Water & Sanitation Company Limited (NYEWASCO) and Chairman, Our Lady of Consolata Cathedral Catholic Church Parish, Nyeri that occurred on 3rd November 2020.

Beloved son of the late Monica Wangari Gichaaga and Loving husband of Rahab Muringe Gichaaga of Afya Yetu Initiative, Nyeri. Beloved father of the late Michael Muigo, Philip Gicheru, Mark Kiragu, Dare Sandra Wangari & Mary Ann Wanjiru. Twin brother of Michael Gicheru. Son-in-law of Mary Wanjiru Gatheru. Brother-in-law of Jedidah Wambui, Tabitha Wangari, Miriam Wanjiku & Bernard Gatheru. Uncle, cousin, nephew and a friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily for mass at Our Lady of Consolata Cathedral Catholic Church, Nyeri at 5:15pm with subsequent meetings at the Church hall.

There shall be a requiem mass on Monday 9th November 2020 at 2:00 pm at Our Lady of Consolata Cathedral Catholic Church, Nyeri.

The cortege leaves Nyeri Funeral Home on Tuesday 10th November 2020 at 8:00am for the funeral service to be held at Our Lady of Consolata Cathedral Catholic Church Nyeri at 10:00am and burial thereafter at his Gatina Gakuyu rural home, Konyu Location, Mathira, Nyeri County.
