It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Danson Mukinyi Mwathi on 18th December 2020 after a short illness.

Son of the late Mwathi Nyaga & late Esther Kathugu. Beloved husband of Faith Wanjiku Mukinyi, father of James & Winnie Mwathi, Charles & Liz Murimi and Esther & Lenny Ngugi.

Grandfather of Zakia & Levin Mwathi, Karuga & Mukinyi Ngugi, Keith & Asher Murimi.

Brother of Sospeter Nyaga, Late Nathan Kibaga, William Ndege, the late Warware, Alice Wanjiru, Elizabeth Wambui.

Son in law of Naftaly Ndenge and Cecilia Wagathiru.

Brother-in-law of the late Rosemary Nyaga, Charity Kibaga, Joyce Ndege, Leviticus Wanjohi, Dickson Kigo, Elisiba Wangui, John Gachoki, Anthony Maringa, Manasse Mutugi, Ruth Wanja, Lilian Battai and Esther Nyawira.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his residence at Riandira, Sagana, for prayers and burial arrangements.

The cortege leaves Kibugi Funeral Home, Kutus town, Kirinyaga County on Tuesday 29th December 2020 at 8.30 am and thereafter the burial ceremony at his home at Riandira, Sagana.
