It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of David Njugi Wang’ondu which occurred on 28th September 2020 at St. Francis Hospital, Kasarani.

Beloved husband of Jane Rose Wambui Rukwaro. Son of the late Joseph Wang’ondu and the late Veronica Wanjiru. Father to Patricia Wanjiru Mwangi and Susan Wangeci. Father-in-law to Erastus Mwangi Njuguna and grandfather to Ethan David Njuguna and Catherine Njeri Mwangi. Brother to Lucy Wanjumbi Kariuki, the late Juliana Muthoni, Elizabeth Nyakweya, Margaret Waturi and Catherine Wanjiku. Step-brother to the late Jerephas Munene, Paul Karuku, the late Juliet Wachera, Magdalene Wanjiru, Mary Wanjiku, John Kaguo and Jane Gathoni. Son-in-law to the late Robert Rukwaro and the late Susan Wanjiru Rukwaro. Cousin and uncle to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his residence in Kahawa Wendani from 4.00PM.

Cortege leaves KU Funeral home on Tuesday 6th October 2020. The funeral service and burial will take place at Kwa Joseph Village, Giakanja, Nyeri County.
