DR. JAMES JOHN MAGERIA

It is with great sadness that we announce the demise of Dr. James John Mageria, the former chairman of The Karen Hospital. He passed away on 23/09/2021 at The Karen Hospital after a short illness.

Son of the late John Mwaniki Kiguthara and the late Rose Gacoki Kiguthara. Husband of Beatrice Kabui Mageria and Father of Mwaniki Mageria, Philip Wamutitu and David Mwangi. Father in law of Jacque Nyakinyua and Ruth Wanjiru. Grandfather of Tendai, Tendo, Tolani and James.

Dr. James Mageria was a brother of Al-Hajj Yusuf M. K. Murigu , Solomon Gacece, Eunice Wangari Kihori, the late Joshua Mwariri, the late Rachel Wanjiru Mbuthia, Sammy Muriithi, Anne Muthoni Muthui, the late Peter Gacau and Grace Muthoni Njuguna.

Brother in law of Nancy Wanjiru Kiguthara, Alice Wangari Gacece, the late Stephen Kihori Njuki, the late Mercy Mwariri, George Mbuthia, Nancy Wanja Muriithi, Dave Muthui, Joseph Njuguna, Miriam Waithiegeni Wamutitu, Samuel Wambugu, Sr. Gladys Wanjiru Wamutitu, the late Grace Waceke Ndiritu, John Ndiritu Mwangi and Rose Nyaguthii Wamutitu.

Prayer meetings will be held at PCEA St. Andrews Church and PCEA Langata Church at 5:30pm on Friday 24th September 2021, Monday 27th September 2021 and Tuesday 28th September 2021.

Funeral details shall be announced later.

It is God who gave us Dr. Mageria and it is God who has called him home. Praise be to His Name.
