DR. LUCAS OWUOR-OMONDI

Sunrise: 23rd December 1953 – Sunset: 22nd August 2021

With deep and profound sorrow, we would like to announce the death of our beloved Dr. Lucas Owuor-Omondi which occurred on the 22nd of August 2021.

The late Dr. Owuor-Omondi was born on 23rd December 1953 to the late Peter Owuor Omondi and the late Rose Saunda Omondi. He was the brother to the late George Omondi, the late Margaret Achieng, the late Oscar Omondi, Thomas Odhiambo, Bernadette Owino and Antonina Awuor.

He was the loving husband to Sophie Olal Omondi, with whom he was blessed with 4 lovely children, Nomalizo Omondi, Gregory Omondi, Natasha Omondi and Yvonne Adhiambo. He leaves behind numerous beautiful relationships with uncles, aunties, brothers, sisters, cousins, sons, daughters, nephews, nieces, grand-children and friends.

There will be a requiem mass to be held at St. Kizito Catholic Church, Utawala on Tuesday, 31st August 2021, at 1400 Hours.

His funeral will take place on Friday the 3rd of September 2021, at his home in Alego, Siaya.

The cortege will depart from Montezuma Monalisa Funeral. Home, Mbagathi Way on Thursday 2nd September 2021.
