DR. NDUNGU WAMBURU

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on of Dr. Ndungu Wamburu of Nyeri Town.

Loving husband of Mrs. Eunice Wamburu. Father of Christine Nyokabi Parker (USA), Nancy Wairimu Imanene (USA) and Anthony Wamburu Ndungu. Son of the late Mr. Gerald Wamburu Murage and the late Mrs. Miriam Nyokabi Wamburu. Brother of the late Wanjiru, the late Wangui, the late Maina, the late Munyori, the late Wahome, late Muthoni and the late Njeri. Son-in-law of the late Reverend Bishop Obadiah Kariuki and the late Lilian Wairimu Koinange.

Brother-in-law of the late Eugenia Wanjiru, Margaret Wambui, the late David Koinange, the late John Thande,Triphosa Ndiko, Peter Mbiu, the late Mary Wanjiku, Joel Nganga, Paula Nyaithiro and Paul Kihara. Grandfather of Gregory Mwangi, Robyn Wanjiru, Tristan Mugambi, Makayla Kendi and Natalya Mbatha all in the USA. Uncle of Amos Ribiru and Patrick Gerald Wamburu. Father-in-law of Robert Parker (USA), Ronald Muriuki Imanene (USA) and Carolyne Wacera.

The cortege leaves Outspan Funeral Home, on Friday 19th February, 2021, at 9:00am for a church service at ACK St. Peter’s Cathedral Church – Nyeri, from 11:00am. He will be laid to rest at his home on Githinjiro road, Ngangarithi, Nyeri County.
