EVELYNE OTIENDE

The Board Members, Management and Staff of Athi WaterWorks Development Agency mourn the loss of Evelyne Otiende, which occurred on 25th January, 2022. Until her demise she worked in the WaterWorks Department, Social and Environmental Safeguards Unit.

Everlyne was a valued member of staff who positively impacted the lives of everyone around her. She was passionate about her work and strived to do her best in everything, always ready to offer solutions and advice. Her contagious laughter will forever be missed.

She is survived by her children Meshack Detty, Jacton Hani, Mary Favor & Fadhili Chiwo. She was the loving wife to the late Ochieng Obaso, daughter to the late Christopher Otiende Oguya & Mama Alice Atieno Otiende of Lambwe East.

Sister to Carolyne, Tressy & Ann, the late Fredrick, Jimton & Rosemary, Biko, Purity & Ekwang, Toby & Mercy, Christine & Winnie; daughter-in-law to the late Joseph Obaso, the late Anne Obaso & Dorothy Obaso; Sister-in-law to the late Ayiemba,Toto, the late Irene, Bo’, Cathy, Quinter, Charles, Filbert & Fharnet.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home (Mbagathi Way) in Nairobi on Thursday, 10th February, 2022 for a night vigil at Kano Kolwa, Kisumu County.

The funeral service & burial will be held on Friday, 11th February, 2022 at the same place.

Friends & relatives are meeting daily at her house in Komarock Estate for prayers & funeral arrangements.
