FLORENCE KHEYOLI KHAEMBA

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on of Mrs. Florence Kheyoli Khaemba who went to be with the Lord on 27th July 2020 after a long illness bravely borne.

Wife of Prof. Battan Mecca Khaemba. Loving mother of Linda Khaemba, Alvin Khaemba, Lydia Kamule Khaemba and Kevin Twanga Khaemba. Mother-in-law of Charity Maseki. Grandmother of Kate, Roman and Ayanna. Daughter of the late Benjamin Kapten and the late Selina Khayecha and the late Rebecca Ndunde. Daughter-in-law of the late Agosta Mecca and the late Esther Navisino of Chesamis.

Sister of Margaret Wandabwa, Amb. Jack B. Tumwa, the late Hon. George W. Kapten, the late Winston Wakoli, Stanley Kapten, Caleb K. Kapten, Bishop Barnet Kapten, John G. Kapten, the late Joseph Ngaira, Donald Bulimo Kapten and David Kapten. Sister-in-law of the late Lorna VVasige, the late Brigid Sichangi, the late Rose Masinde, John Dee Ngongesa Mecca, Rosemary Liko, Selina Wekesa, Joseph Wandabwa, Judith Tumwa, Florence Kapten, Mary Wakoli, Gladys Kitui, Margaret Barnet Kapten, Sarah Kapten, Catherine Ngaira, the late Robesta Bulimo and Lilian Kapten. Loving aunt and friend of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Amb. Jack Tumwa’s residence at No. 8 Comboni Crescent, Karen and at her Kiminini home in Kitale. The body of the late is lying at Umash Funeral Home, Nairobi.

The Cortege will leave Umash Funeral Home on Tuesday, 4th August 2020. She will be laid to rest on Wednesday, 5th August 2020 at her home in Kiminini, Kitale.
