FRANCIS MATIVO MANG’OKA

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Francis Mativo Mang’oka on 9th March 2024 after a long illness bravely born.

He was the son of the late Joseph Mangoka and the late Veronica Mangoka of Kathangathini Village, Location, Makueni County.

He was the beloved husband of Agnes Kaveni. Father of James Kyalo, the late Elizabeth Mumbua, Michael Mutuku, Gabriel Kioko, Dr. Peter Mutisya, Charles Mang’oka, the late Daniel Mutharna, Catherine Mueni, Benedict Kilungya, the late Fancisca Nzilani and Lucy Nthenya.

Father-in-law of Cecilia Nduku, Mary Wangari, Dorcas Syonne, Dr. Anastasia Omoding, the late Leonida Mueni, Judy Kalekye, Gladys Makasi and Michael Mumo.

He was a cousin of the Musomi’s, Nguzi’s, Katana’s, Kiavu’s, Kativa’s and Ngewa’s.

He was dad, uncle, and a grandfather of many. He leaves behind a legacy of love.

The Cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home Machakos on Saturday 16th March 2024. He will be laid to rest at his home in Kathangathini Village, Kilungu location on the same day starting from 11.00am.
