FRANCIS MIGWI GATHUNGU (MISHALE)

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing on of Mr. Francis Migwi Gathungu “Mishale”, of Karichen, Naromoru, at Kenyatta University Teaching Referral and Research Hospital, after a long Illness bravely borne.

Son of Rachel Wambui of Nanyuki. Beloved husband of Anne Wanjiru Migwi. Father of Eric & Yvonne Migwi, Rachel Wambui and Martin Muriuki. Son-in-law of the late Martin Muriuki Muchina and the late Veronica Wamucii Muriuki (Karatina). Brother of the late Michael Muchiri, Beatrice Ngima, the late Simon and Mrs. Cecilia Gathogo, James Machuga, the late Moses Mahinda and Nancy Gathoni (USA).

Brother-in-law of Eng. and Mrs. Muriuki, Lydia and Joseph Waithaka, the late John and Grace Macharia, the late Agnes and Mr. Steve Irungu, the late Peter Macharia, Margaret and Dr. Gitau Muchunu, Kylen Wamuyu, James and Carol Mwangi, Rose and Edwin Wanyoike and Francis Muchina. Grandfather of Sky Wanjiru, Frank Migwi, Anthony Gathungu, Nadine Ngima, lmran Mwangi and Mike Maina. An uncle to many.

The cortege leaves Outspan Hospital, on Friday 19th February, 2021, at 8.00am for burial at his home in Naromoru.
