It is with humble acceptance that we celebrate the life of madam Francisca Kwamboka Elijah (Mrs Obwocha) Deputy Principal St Teresa Girls (Nyangusu) that occurred on April 8, 2020 following a long illness in India where she had been referred for treatment.

She was born in 1961 as the first born to the late Simeon Monyancha Orioki and Mama Teresia Moraa Monyancha of Ichuni village, Keroka Kisii. Loving wife of Elijah Omori Obwocha of Isena Distributors Keroka. Mother of Darwin Ruba (USA), Davis Matabori (Nairobi), Duke Machongo (USA), Derick Obwocha (Tuk University ) and Grace Kerubo (Kisil University). Grandmother of Ethan Omani, Raynelle, Ian, Peter junior among others. Sister of Benard, Jared (Principal St Thomas Moore Riangombe), Robina, Albanus (Nyubigena Sec) Jackline (H. Young), Caroline (Nakuru), Job, Justine, Florence, Eucabeth, Lydia, Agnes and the late Rachael.

Daughter-in-law of the late Zacharia Obwocha and Mama Martha Kemuma, Birita Moraa and Late Eucabeth Obwocha. Sister-in-law of Samuel (Mwongori), Samson, Charles (USA), Peter, Kennedy, Gideon, Richard, Ogoti (Afya House), Tom, Eric, Stephen, lsena, Alice, Norah, Joyce, (USA) Jane (Moi Forces Academy Nakuru) and The Obwochas’ among others. Niece of Osoro Nyagesoa, Samuel Guto, Michael Matonda, Jacob Orioki, Francis Orioki, Ezekiel Monda, and the late Maoga Orioki, Moraa, Teresa (D/Principal Marani sec.), Nyangara, Nyaboke, Dina, Mellen, Yobensia, Kwamboka, Concepta, Joyce Orioki (Principal Nyabururu Girls), Nyaboke Manyisa, Nyabeta, Agnes Hezekiah and Maria. Aunt of Dancan (USA), Harriet (USA), Geoffrey (Dettol Kenya) Ruba, Dan, Edith, Dominic, Anita, Obwocha s, Kerubo’s, Monyancha s, among others. Burial will be on the 27th May 2020 at her residence in Nyamataro, near Matoke SDA church Kisii Township.
