FREDRICK MUGO KIHIU

It is with great sadness and humble acceptance that we announce the death of Mr. Fredrick Mugo Kihiu which occurred on 5th November, 2020. Until his death, he was the Director, Neutral Properties LTD Olkalou and formerly a Manager with ART Kenya Limited.

Son to John Kihiu and the late Miriam Wangui. Beloved husband to Mary Wanjiku Mugo. Father to Evans Kihiu (FIB Bank, USA), Emmah Wangui (KRA), Samuel Gachuki(Olkalou), Caroline Njoki (KRA) and Annie Nduta (Toyoya Kenya). Father-in-law to Shiku Maina Kihiu (AT&T, USA) and Agnes Gachuki (Olkalou). Brother to John Gathuru, Joseph Mbanu (KPLC), Peter Njoroge, Agnes Nduta, Teresiah Njeri (KRA), Lucy Nyambura and the late Peter Ndung’u. Uncle to Dennis Kihiu, Pastor Kihiu, Mbuina, Kihonge, Muhia, Ernest, Miriam Wangui, Judy Njoki, Kariuki, Georgina, Pauline, Veronica Kasura, Kung’u, Gabriel, Nyambura, Njeri, Waringa, Irene Njoki, among others. Cousin to the late Martin Gathuru, Joseph Njoroge (PS Energy), Prof. Bernard Njoroge (UoN), John Njoroge (KPLC), Esther Nduta, Gathuru Mburu (KPLC), Kabura (ABB), among others. Brother-in-law to Joe, Teresia, Lucy, Muchiri, Kinyanjui, Wainaina, Kabaiko, among others. Grandfather to Matthew, Maria, Ryan, Renee, Peter, Joseph, Stephanie and Samantha.

Family, friends and relatives are meeting daily at the family residence in Kieni, Olkalou for prayers.

The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Services Home, Nakuru, at 9:30am for Requiem Mass at Olkalou Catholic Parish Church at 11:00am then proceed to his home in Olkalou, Kieni village at 12:30am on 13th November 2020.

Revelations 14:13 – Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on “Yes” says the spirit, they will rest their labours, for their deeds will , follow them.
