HELLEN MUTHONI MUTAHI (MAMA NDUNGU)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Hellen Muthoni Mutahi (Mama Ndungu).

Daughter of the late Eston Mutahi Kahuhia and Hannah Wangui. Caring mother of Ndungu Mash, Benard Mutahi (Chairman of Contractors Nkr County), Peter Muchiri (Principal Muthaiti Mixed Sec Sch-Gilgil), Anthony Kabiru, Regina Wangare Kimani (Tr-Nyange Sec Sch, Narumoru) and the Late Ann Wangui.

Mother-in-law to Rahab, Margaret, and Pauline. Beloved Sister to Regina Wangari Karika (Kairo), Ignatius Kabiru (former Head teacher-Nguruini Pri Sch), the late Mwangi, late Kiragu, late Mary Njoki and late Jecinta Wanjiru. Step sister to the Late Angelina Wangare Ngumi, and the late Esteri Muthoni Kimari. Aunty to Kariko Mwangi (Frm deputy Mayor. Nkr), Mutahi Mwangi(Sect 58), Jimmy (Classic Funitures Nkr), Asunta (KPLC-Nyeri), Wangui Kiragu (Nyahururu), Wangui Mbugua (USA), Mutahi Ngumi, Mugacha Kimari, Mama Mercy Jnr, and many others Loving Grandmother to Catherine Njeri, Alvis Mwangi, Roy Mwangi, Jason, and many others.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Legacy Hotel Nkr, and at her home in Mzee wa Nyama & Phase II at Mutahi’s home in Nakuru starting from 6:00pm for prayers and burial arrangement.

The cortege leaves Nakuru War Memorial Mortuary, on Tuesday 27/10/2020 at 6.00am for burial at her parents’ home in Kiamuturi Village, Klriti Loc-Mathioya, Muranga County.
