HEMDAN KARIUKI MATHENGE

It is with humble acceptance of Gods will that we announce the passing on of Hemdan Kariuki Mathenge which occurred on 21st November 2020.

Beloved Husband of Catherine Wangui Kariuki. Son of the Late Timothy Mathenge and the late Jerioth Nyambura. Son in law to the late Hazron Ibuka and the late Jeniffer Wanjiru. Father of Nyambura and Muchiri, Wanjiru and Mureithi, Mathenge and Wangui, Wangeci and Nderi, Ibuka and Ngosi, Kagiri and Njoki, Gichuki, Muthoni, Ngarari and Wangige.

Brother of Kagiri, Wangeci, Ngarari, late Mirigo, Late Esther, Late Jesee, Karingo, Reko, Muthoni, Wanjiru, Wambul, Gitzhi, Wairimu, Njeru and Wakonyo. Brother in-law to Karaba, Muchungi, Kanyi, Wanja, Wangeci, Mwonjoria and Nyambura. Grandfather to many and great grandfather to 2.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his, home in Simbara, Nyandarua County and Norwich Union Towers room no 5C, Nairobi at 5.00 pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Nyeri Funeral home (Outspan) on Wednesday 2nd December 2020 at 8:00 a.m. for funeral service at his home in Simbara, Ndaragwa, Nyandarua county at 10:00 a.m followed by burial at the same place thereafter.
