HENRY MUSEMATE MURWA

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely passing on of Henry Musemate Murwa Chairman – Board of Directors, Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) on 6th November, 2021 after a short illness.

Son to Japheth Madee and Rita Muyuka of Naitiri Scheme Bungoma County. Husband to Alice Songwa and Violet Lovega. A loving and caring father to Danhickson Aluvi Musemate, Frank Muhande Musemate, Karen Khaoya and Prince Leone (Boyi). Murwa was brother to Julia Musina (deceased), Dorica Ayuma, Hudson Sajida (John), Margaret Mwigani, Grace Khavai, Thomas Murwa, Beatrice Busieka, Amos Mate and Florence Isendi.

A nephew to Mutoka (deceased), Nyenzo, Muchiti (deceased), Mukanda, Shisala (deceased), Khasiala (deceased), Luseka (deceased) Makhatse, Khalumba, Okumu, Jilaini. An in law to Wilson Koinange, Charles Liposhe (deceased), Benson Wafula (deceased), Alfred Epeni,Tom Kisia, Rosemary Sajida, Ruth Naliaka and Fran Auma. A beloved uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting at The United Kenya Club daily from 5:00 pm and at His residence at NHC Nairobi West.

The Cortege leaves Lee Funeral on the 18th November 2021 for a requiem service at Friends International Church (Ngong Road), from 9:00am to 11:00 am.

The Cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home on 19th November 2021, the burial will be on 20th November 2021 at his home in Bungoma County, Naitiri Scheme, Makhanga Sub-Location, Shihilila village.

Henry was a son, brother, husband, father, uncle mentor and friend to many.
