HON. MWALIMU ELIUD WANYONYI MAKHANU

It is with humble acceptance of God’s Will that we announce the death of Hon. Mwalimu Eliud Wanyonyi Makhanu which occurred on 29th Tuesday September, 2020 at Dawameds Hospital after a short illness. Wanyonyi was a former Bungoma Municipal council mayor and KNUT chairman Bungoma.

Son of the Late Makhanu Makaa and the late Elizabeth Anyaki of Misikhu.

Husband to Suzan, Catherine, Salome and the Late Judith. Father to Denis, David, Ken, Dickkson, Dan, Jacline, Everline, Philis, Elizabeth, Emily, Joseline and Mercy.

Some in-law to Late Raphael & Phostine, Late Mwanja &Cecilia, Late Wilson.

Brother to John Masindano, Rodgers, Emily, Nafula, Violet Ho. John Makali, David Ndombi, late John Simiyu, Satia, Athe Misikhus, the chebolios and the Okwisias.

Uncle to Mike, Mary, Dorcas, Elly, Cleophas and others. Father in law to Dennis Asikoyo among others. Loving husband, father, grand father, brother, uncle of many children and friendly person to everyone.

The cortege leaves Life care Hospital morgue at 9Am on Friday 9th October 2020 for service at Sinoko friends church. Burial is on Saturday 10th October at Pumzika village opposite BGM GK prison.

You fought the good fight, you finished the race and you kept the faith. Rest with Angels till we meet again
