JAMES ISAKA OBUYI MUKHWANA

1936 – 2020

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of our loving father Mr. James Isaka Obuyi Mulchwana.

He was a beloved husband to Edah Obuyi, Lonah Obuyi and Mwajuma Obuyi. He was the son to the late Mzee Isaka Mukhwana and the late Mama Leah Pwana, brother to the late Rael Amboka, the late William Kuya, the late Julius Abwao, the late Charles Ayieta, Robert Muhando, the late Oripah Kung-a, the late Josphat Malenya, Paul Ondelo, the late Margaret Atwona and Selina Okwisa. Nephew to Daniel Amunabi, Chilanya, Kuya and others. Cousin to Kaya Chilanya, Ambubi, Ambita, Nehemiah Odera, Isaac Mukhwana, Itusi Koli and Josiah Jairus. He is a father to Mary Nyandiko, Modelling, the late Ayoma, the late Akengo, David, lsaya, the late Elikana, Peter Obuyi, Benjamin, George, Juma Hamisi, Zainabu, Nyaugenya, Rehema, Halima, Arthur, William, Susan, Ibrahim, Isaka, Rabia Obuyi and Elisha Andere. He is survived by 55 grandchildren and a number of Great grandchildren.

The cortege will leave Emmassaba funeral home on Thursday 15th October 2020 and the body will be laid to rest at his home in Ebuhando Angai, Bunyore, Vihiga County on 16th October 2020.

The Lord is merciful He may bring us sorrow but His Love for us is sure and strong He takes no pleasure in causing us pain or grief. Lamentations 3:31.
