JAMES NJENGA MBAI

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will and profound sadness that we announce the passing on of James Njenga Mbai of Kabuku village, Ngecha location, Limuru sub-county, on Friday 18th September 2020.

The late Mzee James Njenga Mbai was born to the late Mbai Karanja and Margaret Gathoni. Husband of Loise Wanjiku Njenga. Brother of Jane Njeri Kabugo of Ndeiya, the late Rachel Wamaitha, Mary Wanjiku Njuguna and Grace Nyokabi Ndichu. Father of Gathoni and Kamau, Mbai and Wambui, the late Jane Njeri, Kamiru and Wanjiru, Gichuhi and Nyokabi, Agnes Wairimu, Nungari and Joshua, Njuguna and Wakiyo, Njoroge and Waithera, Ndungu and Muthoni. Grandfather and Greatgrandfather of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home Maganjo, Kabuku village at 4.00pm.

The cortege will leave St Teresa Hospital, Kikuyu on Friday 25th Sept 2020, at 8.00am for funeral service at ACK St John’s Church, thereafter proceed for internment at his farm, Maganjo, Kabuku Village.
