JOHN (LUKA) MBURU KABUBI

Sunrise 1967 – Sunset 2020

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing to glory of John Mburu Kabubi of Kenya Revenue Authority – Times Tower Nairobi which occurred on 23rd November 2020 at M.P Shah Hospital Nairobi.

Son of the late Peter Kabubi Muita and the late Lucy Wakonyo Kabubi. Husband to Grace Mwihaki, loving father to Tessy Wakonyo, Rex Kabubi and Ray Muiyuco. Brother to PK Niuguna (SA), Julia Njeri, Anatacia Wambui, Festus Muita, Cicilia Wanjiku, the lace Agnes Waithira, Joseph Thiongo (Kamanda), the late Pius Mwangi and Julius Karaya. Son in law to the late Gabriel Muiyuro Nganga and Philomena Warnbui Muiyuro and a brother in law to many. He was an uncle and grandfather to many.

There will be a requiem mass at St. Lucia Catholic Church (Membley- Ruiru) on 30th November 2020 starting 3.00 p.m.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Mortuary (Thika Road side) on Tuesday the 1st December 2020 at 8.00am, thereafter there shall be a mass celebration at Ndundu Catholic Church at 11.00am. after which he will be laid to rest at his farm near Ndundu Primary school (Kiambu County- Gatundu Sub-County).
